We will need copy of your passport as well as copy of the Credit card you used for payment (u can cover few digits for your own security , Name on passport, asiamiles/marco polo account and credit card has to match,
once all details provided by you we will transfer the miles with in 24 hours and will send you transfer confirmation Email (usually with in less then 10 hours)
once miles are transfered the transaction is nonrefundable, if we are unable to provide you with miles u purchased with in the above stated time frame we will make full refund to you,
